Ingredients:

1 turkey breast fillet (200g)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic paste and ginger paste.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast fillet and set aside for 10 minutes.
