Ingredients:

1/2 cup paneer cubes
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
Salt to taste For the Naan:
3/4 cup all
purpose flour
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon oil or ghee
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons warm water (or as needed)

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the paneer cubes, yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
To make the naan dough, mix together the all-purpose flour, yogurt, oil or ghee, baking soda and salt in a bowl until it forms a soft dough. Add warm water as needed to make a soft dough that is not sticky. Knead for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place one of the rolled naans on it. Cook for 1 minute on each side until it is golden brown in color with some black spots on both sides. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining naans as well. Serve hot with tandoori paneer cubes on top of it along with some onion rings or lemon wedges if desired!
