Ingredients:

100g paneer cubes
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoons plain yogurt or curd
2 tablespoons oil or butter

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder.
Add the yogurt or curd to the spice mixture and mix until it forms a paste.
Add the paneer cubes to the paste and mix until they are evenly coated.
Heat the oil or butter in a pan over medium heat and add the marinated paneer cubes.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the paneer cubes are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
