Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
1 cup paneer cheese cubes
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start to sizzle. Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and red chili powder (if using). Stir to combine.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add the paneer cheese cubes and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
