Ingredients:

1/2 cup paneer cubes
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the onions and bell peppers and sauté until they are lightly browned.
Add the paneer cubes and stir to combine with the vegetables.
Add the garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix well to coat all of the ingredients evenly with the spices.
Cook for about 10 minutes until all of the ingredients are cooked through and fragrant.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
