Ingredients:

2/3 cup all
purpose flour (80g)
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (1g)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons warm water (30ml)
1/4 cup tomato sauce (60ml)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (50g)
4 slices of ham (50g)
1/4 cup pineapple chunks (50g)

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yeast and salt. Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until combined. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with oil or cooking spray.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into an 8 inch circle. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough leaving a 1 inch border around the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese then top with ham and pineapple chunks.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
