Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup diced pineapple chunks
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 pre
made pizza crust (10 inches)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the barbecue sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the crust. Top with pineapple chunks, red onion, mushrooms and cilantro leaves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
