Ingredients:

50g of spaghetti or other long pasta of your choice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
100g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
