Ingredients:

120g durum wheat flour
7g active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
120ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the durum wheat flour, active dry yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the bowl and mix until everything is combined into a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter or oil.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through when tested with a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf.
Let cool before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature with butter or jam if desired!
