Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (150g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
2 cloves of garlic (10g), minced
1/4 cup of white wine (60ml)
1/4 cup of chicken broth (60ml)
2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice (30ml)
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves (10g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
Add the butter, lemon juice, parsley leaves, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Return the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
