Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (150g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour (30g)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1.25ml)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (1.25ml)
1/4 teaspoon dried basil (1.25ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (30g)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (30g)
1 tablespoon butter (15g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Place chicken breast in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, flour, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper until combined into a paste.
Spread the paste over the chicken breast until it is completely covered on both sides.
In another bowl mix together the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until combined then spread over the top of the chicken breast until it is completely covered on both sides.
Place the chicken breast in an ovenproof dish and top with butter then bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes or salad!
