Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (100g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
2 cloves garlic (10g), minced
1/4 cup Marsala wine (60ml)
1/2 cup chicken broth (120ml)
2 tablespoons butter (30g)
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour (15g)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (1.25ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked pasta of your choice (100g)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter and flour until combined. Slowly add this mixture to the skillet while stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in the oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back into the skillet as well. Simmer for 5 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together nicely. Serve hot!
