Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (150g)
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour (20g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
1/4 cup white wine (60ml)
1/4 cup chicken broth (60ml)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (30ml)
2 tablespoons butter (30g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Place the chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound it until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge the chicken in it until it is lightly coated on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate.
Add the white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over top of it to coat evenly on both sides. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately with your favorite vegetables or side dish of choice!
