Ingredients:

1 chicken breast (100g)
1 bell pepper (50g)
1 onion (50g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons lime juice (30ml)
1 teaspoon chili powder (5g)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5g)
½ teaspoon cumin powder (2.5g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add it to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips and add them to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper to make a marinade for the fajitas. Pour it over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is cooked through and lightly browned.
