Ingredients:

100g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 red bell pepper, diced into small cubes
1/2 green bell pepper, diced into small cubes
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
100g noodles of your choice (e.g. udon or ramen)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger powder and cook for another minute.
Add the bell peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce, oyster sauce and rice vinegar to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the noodles to the skillet and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until noodles are cooked through. Serve immediately.
