Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons white wine
4 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced

Cooking Instructions:

Slowly pour in the chicken broth and white wine while stirring constantly until combined. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.
Add the cooked chicken to the sauce in the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm over your favorite pasta or rice dish!
