Ingredients:

100g chicken breast, diced
50g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup white wine
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and melt over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to combine. Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring constantly until thickened. Add the white wine, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat.
Place the cooked chicken into an oven-safe baking dish then pour the sauce over top. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
