Ingredients:

120g chicken breast, diced
30g butter
1 clove garlic, minced
60g mushrooms, sliced
60ml heavy cream
60ml milk
30g Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and milk and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
