Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (100g)
2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour (20g)
1 cup of chicken broth (240ml)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (1.25ml)
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder (1.25ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ready
made biscuits (50g each)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
Place the chicken breast in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until combined and bubbly. Slowly add the chicken broth while stirring constantly until thickened.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste and stir until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened further.
Place the cooked chicken breast in an ovenproof dish and pour the gravy over it evenly. Place the biscuits on top of the gravy and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown on top.
