Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4 ounces), cut into cubes
1/2 cup broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream or half
and
half cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
