Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets
2 ounces uncooked macaroni noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk until combined. Slowly add the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
In the prepared baking dish, combine the chicken, broccoli florets and macaroni noodles with the sauce mixture until everything is evenly coated. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
