Ingredients:

100g of cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup of artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
100g of dry pasta (any shape)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the chicken mixture. Stir everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
