Ingredients:

1/2 cup pizza dough (125g)
2 tablespoons tomato sauce (30ml)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60g)
2 tablespoons cooked sausage crumbles (30g)
1 large egg, lightly beaten (50ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with sausage crumbles.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and pour beaten egg over pizza in an even layer. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
Remove from oven and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving. Enjoy!
