Ingredients:

200g beef mince
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander seed powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
250ml beef stock
100g macaroni pasta

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the beef mince to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in the paprika powder, cumin and coriander seed powder and cook for a further minute.
Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes until thickened slightly.
Add the macaroni pasta to the pan and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked through.
Serve with your choice of sides or enjoy as is!
