Ingredients:

100g lean ground beef
1 small zucchini, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the zucchini, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning blend, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato paste and Parmesan cheese until combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
