Ingredients:

150g lean ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the oregano, basil, thyme, tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
