Ingredients:

60g lean ground beef
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 large potato, peeled and cubed

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic powder, oregano and thyme to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir until combined. Slowly add the beef broth while stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with cubed potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
