Ingredients:

100g lean ground beef
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1/2 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots, garlic powder, and thyme leaves to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Stir in the tomato paste and flour until combined. Slowly add the beef broth while stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve hot.
