Ingredients:

100g lean beef mince
1 large carrot, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the beef mince to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until browned.
Add the carrots, Worcestershire sauce, thyme leaves, oregano leaves, black pepper and salt to the pan and stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until the carrots are tender.
Serve with your favorite side dish or enjoy as is!
