Ingredients:

150g lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 cup beef broth

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the carrots, onion, celery, garlic powder, oregano leaves and black pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional minute.
Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Slowly add in the beef broth while stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
