Ingredients:

120g beef steak, thinly sliced
1/2 cup butternut squash, cubed
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the butternut squash to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Return the beef steak to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
