Ingredients:

100g beef strips
1/2 head of broccoli florets
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
200g egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the broccoli florets to the same pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside with the beef strips.
In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and egg noodles to the pan and stir to combine everything together. Cook for 3-4 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
Return the beef strips and broccoli florets to the pan and stir to combine everything together again. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as green onions or sesame seeds!
