Ingredients:

150g lean ground beef
1/2 cup pearl barley
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Cooking Instructions:
