Ingredients:

120g lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked asparagus spears, cut into 1
inch pieces
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic powder, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Place the cooked beef mixture in an oven-safe baking dish. Top with the asparagus spears and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
