Ingredients:

60g dry ziti pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the ziti pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic powder, oregano, and basil and cook for an additional minute.
Add the tomato paste and marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the cooked ziti pasta until evenly coated with sauce.
