Ingredients:

2 slices of ciabatta bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of black olives, chopped
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush the ciabatta slices with olive oil on both sides.
Place the ciabatta slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top each slice with olives, feta cheese, oregano leaves and basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
