Ingredients:

200g uncooked egg noodles
1 can (170g) tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
1/2 cup low
fat milk or plant
based milk alternative
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour or gluten
free flour blend
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, peas and carrots mix, milk or plant-based milk alternative, flour or gluten-free flour blend, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the bowl with the tuna mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
