Ingredients:

100g dry spaghetti
1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the chickpeas, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the flavors are combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the saucepan and stir until everything is combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fresh herbs or vegan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
