Ingredients:

1 lb. lean beef roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano leaves and black pepper.
Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and cook for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium doneness.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
