Ingredients:

100g of fresh ravioli
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of vegetable broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the ravioli and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, garlic and oregano leaves and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Drain the cooked ravioli and add it to the saucepan with the tomato sauce mixture and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
