Ingredients:

200g macaroni pasta
200g cooked lobster meat, chopped into small pieces
1 cup low fat milk
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, black pepper and nutmeg. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
Add the cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted.
Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the saucepan and stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes!
