Ingredients:

200g linguine pasta
200g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), lemon juice and parsley leaves. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp mixture and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
