Ingredients:

200g uncooked pasta of your choice
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons white wine or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), white wine or vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce ingredients. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet and toss to combine with the pasta mixture. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately!
