Ingredients:

80g dry fettuccine pasta
50g smoked salmon, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup vegetable broth or white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable broth or white wine and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
