Ingredients:

2 cups of chopped carrots (300g)
1 cup of chopped onion (150g)
2 cloves of garlic (10g)
1 teaspoon of grated ginger (5g)
4 cups of vegetable broth (1 liter)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
