Ingredients:

1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup diced potatoes
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
