Ingredients:

1 lb. beef tenderloin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the beef tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper until combined.
Rub the mixture all over the beef tenderloin until it is evenly coated.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium rare).
