Ingredients:

200g lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
4 small tortillas
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin powder and paprika to the beef and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the tomato paste and water to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened slightly.
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side or until lightly browned and pliable.
To assemble the tacos, divide the beef mixture among the four tortillas and top with fresh cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
