Ingredients:

100g lean beef strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the bell pepper and onion to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the beef to the pan along with the soy sauce or tamari sauce, ginger, sesame oil (if using), and water. Stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is heated through and cooked to your desired doneness.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy!
