Ingredients:

200g lean beef mince
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (gluten
free)
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, garlic powder, ginger, cumin and coriander. Form into 8 small patties and thread onto 4 skewers. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce or tamari, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, lime juice and water until combined. Set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the skewers for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve the skewers with the peanut sauce on top and enjoy!
